A graceful vintage still life featuring a vase of orchids rendered in a rich Art Deco–inspired style. The composition centers on sweeping orchid blooms painted in layered tones of purple and soft pinks, creating a cool, atmospheric palette that feels both serene and sophisticated. The artist, J. Defelice, signs the work at lower right, adding a personal touch to a piece that already carries strong decorative presence.
The painting is housed in an ornate gold gilt frame with sculptural detailing that enhances the Deco influence and adds warmth and contrast to the cooler colors of the artwork. Together, the frame and painting create a striking focal point suitable for gallery walls, cottage interiors, Art Deco–leaning spaces, or any room that benefits from a refined botanical moment.
