The base does have some cracks which have been repaired underneath. Not sure if it is solid brass or another metal brass coated. The tin piece up from the base has some cracks as well. Some general signs of wear throughout- scuffs, tarnishing, paint wear etc. The bottom of the globe is a raw cut so has small chips. The top of the chimney has a few small chips as well. Wiring looks old but it works. See photos for exact condition. Measures almost 29" to the top of the chimney. Base is about 7" square. Globe is about 9.5". Base and globe will probably be shipped separately.
