The table is crafted in solid light wood with an oval tabletop and a distinctive cross-shaped base. The height can be adjusted to three different positions using an allen key, allowing the table to be adapted to different sofas and purposes. Andreas hansen trained as a cabinetmaker and studied at the school of arts and crafts, the furniture school and the royal danish academy of fine arts’ furniture school. He established his own design studio in 1963 and has designed furniture, lighting and functional objects for several danish manufacturers. He has also taught at the royal danish academy of fine arts and the danish design school and has received several awards for his design work. Haslev møbelsnedkeri has produced wooden furniture at its own factory in denmark for more than 60 years, focusing on solid wood, traditional cabinetmaking details and danish craftsmanship.
