Pair of italian wall sconces dating from the 1950s, characterized by a refined mid-century composition combining brass, green lacquered metal details and white opaline glass diffusers. Each fixture features a round brass wall plate supporting a long straight brass arm with geometric construction and slim green lacquered metal inserts along the sides. The arm extends outward to hold a cylindrical brass socket holder and a slightly flared opaline glass shade, secured by small brass pins. The design has a clean architectural silhouette, with the contrast between the warm aged brass, the green accents and the satin white glass giving the pair a distinctive italian mid-century character.
the brass surfaces show a natural vintage patina, with oxidation, tonal variations, small marks and signs of age consistent with time and use. The green lacquered metal elements show light wear. The opaline glass diffusers are in good vintage condition, with minor signs of use. Overall in good vintage condition.
