Dark enough for daily use, light enough that the Kelly's lines stay visible, neutral without being anonymous.

Togo carries it well. The pebbled calfskin, introduced in 1997, has a raised grain and fine veining that give a quiet colour some movement across the panel, and it resists scratching and light water while holding its shape. At 32cm the Kelly reads at its most formal — sangles, touret, and clochette at a scale where all of it is legible.

Palladium hardware, a platinum-group metal that stays cool silver and does not tarnish, is the right register for a grey bag.

Blind stamp C (2018). In excellent condition. Includes clochette, detachable strap, lock, felt, dust bag, and rain cover. The lock is present; the key is not included. Authenticated in-house. See less
