A striking vintage 1970s adjustable desk lamp combining warm orange color with cool brushed chrome for a quintessentially period Mid-Century Modern look. The lamp features a substantial round metal base, slender orange-finished column, flexible chrome gooseneck, and a sculptural hemispherical dome shade that directs light downward for focused illumination.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate cosmetic wear. The chrome and silver-tone metal surfaces show scattered scratches, scuffs, finish variation, and areas of oxidation/pitting, particularly around the raised center of the base. The orange-finished column has several small chips, nicks, and surface marks consistent with use. The dome shade shows light scratches and minor surface wear. Please review photographs closely for condition. The flexible gooseneck moves and holds the shade in different positions. The switch operates properly, and the lamp was tested and working at the time of photography, as shown. Vintage electrical components have not been professionally inspected; as with all vintage lighting, evaluation by a qualified electrician is recommended prior to long-term use.
