As the markings underneath would suggest, this is a high-quality reproduction piece most likely made in Indonesia in 1970s - 1980s by a skilled woodworker. Care was taken to hand-carve appearances of wear and patina comparable to a true antique, while having the durability of contemporary construction. This petite 36.5" x 15" x 33.5" table features a beautifully canted 5-compartment book trough base with an elegant X-stretcher frame and classic faux-bamboo legs.
