the lamp features a distinctive wide shade made from hand-blown dark green glass, with clean, balanced proportions and a minimalist silhouette. The deep green colour gives the glass an elegant and atmospheric character, while the simplicity of the form makes the design feel remarkably contemporary more than five decades after its creation.

when illuminated, the glass creates a soft, warm and atmospheric light, making the lamp particularly suitable above a dining table, kitchen island or coffee table. Its sculptural shape and rich colour also make it a striking decorative object when switched off.
