A pair of mahogany armchairs, dating from the 19th century, featuring elegant, flowing lines in the Louis-Philippe style.
The oval medallion backs are highlighted by generous molding and punctuated with carved relief elements.
The sinuous armrests, adorned with cuffs, extend into scrolled supports.
The wide, comfortable seats rest on cabriole legs, the front legs ending in small antique casters.
The armchairs are upholstered in red fabric with a gilt scroll and foliage design, secured with a row of brass tacks.
A decorative pair of generous proportions, displaying a beautiful, warm patina on the wood.
