the rectangular backs with molded frames are upholstered in velvet with alternating bottle green and golden beige stripes, enhanced with a double row of gilt bronze upholstery tacks. The tapered and fluted legs, typical of the neoclassical style, are topped with carved rosettes at the corners of the seat rail, which is itself decorated with fluting. The generous and well-padded seats (seat height: 46 cm) are covered in the same striped velvet with identical tacked detailing.
