The large rectangular top is composed of wide wooden planks, likely oak, with very visible grain, irregularities, small marks, color variations, and traces of use that testify to its age and authenticity. The slightly rounded and worn edge contributes to the particularly warm character of the piece.

The frame is composed of a sturdy perimeter band, four turned legs, and a system of longitudinal and transverse crosspieces that stiffen the table and emphasize its artisanal construction. The details of the joints, the wooden pegs, and the small imperfections of the workmanship, intentionally left visible, are particularly beautiful.

The table retains its original patina and does not have the uniform appearance of a recently restored piece: scratches, light abrasions, small dents, and differences in color are part of its history and have been preserved.

Thanks to its size, it can be used as a dining table for six, a large writing desk, a work table, or a central element in a kitchen or contemporary space, where the contrast between antique materials and minimalist architecture is particularly effective.
