Silva is known for creating dimensional compositions from individually painted geometric wooden modules. Here, dozens of angular forms are arranged into a precise grid, creating an optical composition that continually changes with the viewer's position and surrounding light. Raised and recessed surfaces produce dramatic shadows and give the otherwise restrained neutral palette remarkable depth and movement.

The work reflects Silva's architectural background and Constructivist influence, exploring shape, proportion, rhythm, texture and dimension through repeated geometric forms.

Presented beneath glass in its original sleek metallic square frame. The reverse retains the Art Image artist and authenticity label identifying Cícero Silva and the work as part of his “Colors” collection, with “Made in Brazil” noted on the certificate.
