A pair of antique Danish giltwood wall mirrors, dating to the late 19th to early 20th century.
The rectangular wooden frames have a warm aged gold finish with a wide moulded profile, a grooved outer border and a fine beaded inner edge around the mirror glass. The simple symmetrical design gives the mirrors a classic neoclassical character.
The aged gilt finish shows natural wear, small marks and areas of loss that add to their antique character. The warm gold tone works beautifully in both classic and contemporary interiors.
