Its defining characteristic is the combination of a compact, almost floating structure and generously upholstered seating. De sede describes the series as an iconic design that has stood for understated presence and comfortable elegance since 1983.

the sofa is fully upholstered in red leather. Particularly striking are the wide, curved armrests, whose upholstery flows seamlessly over the side panels. Together with the two separate seat and back cushions, this creates the soft yet clearly defined silhouette characteristic of the ds-2011. The low seat, raised off the floor, further enhances the floating effect.

the upholstery of the ds-2011 series consists of several coordinated layers of foam with varying densities, resulting in a combination of supportive and soft cushioning. The seat and armrest cushions also feature padded inserts.

condition: the sofa is in good vintage condition with signs of age and use.
