Carved from a single piece of wood, the stool features a gently curved seat supported by a sculptural openwork base, giving the piece a strong architectural presence. The exterior is richly decorated with hand-incised geometric patterns in contrasting dark tones, including triangles, cross-hatching and linear motifs.
