A characterful set of eight Danish dining chairs by Henning Kjærnulf, crafted in oak and dating from the 1960s. The chairs feature Kjærnulf’s distinctive combination of traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship and expressive, folk-inspired detailing. Each chair has a gently shaped, wavy top rail, slender back legs and beautifully carved front legs, giving the set a light yet highly recognizable silhouette. The seats and backs are upholstered in a green striped textile, finished with decorative brass nailhead trim. A particularly attractive and complete set of eight, ideal around a large dining table. This fine set of dining chairs will complement many interior styles. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
