Dating to the mid-20th century, this set displays a beautiful textural play with two chairs finished in a natural organic cord and two finished in a rich, warm terracotta / faded red cord.

The frames feature a slender, architectural silhouette with gently flared legs ending in small button feet, balanced by decorative hoop scroll detailing at the front knees. Details

Condition:
Vintage condition with a weathered aesthetic. The black iron frames show historic surface oxidisation, paint losses, and an authentic outdoor patina. There is fraying to some of the edges where historic reinforcement has been introduced using discreet cable ties to preserve the original weaving. The cords display varying degrees of fading and weathering that emphasise their vintage character. Despite this, the seat structure remains strong, stable, and robust.
