Loving the retro vibes in this vintage needlepoint pillow depicting a Barbie & Ken style couple in a lakeside scene. The colorful pillow is executed in shades of cerulean blue, vibrant yellow, kelly green, pink, red and browns. We don't see much of the girl's outfit but the guy is in a dapper 70's look with pointed collar and fabulous plaid pants. A sailboat, jeep and tree is also depicted in the background. The pillow feels to be fiber filled and has a black canvas backing. The pillow case is not removable. No maker's signature but this clever design is certainly by a talented hand.
Very good condition.
Measures 13.5" wide x 13" tall x approximately 4.5" deep.
