It is precisely as a complete composition that this Danish wall wardrobe from the 1960s truly comes into its own. The set was produced by Vildbjerg Møbelfabrik and is attributed to the Danish designer Kai Kristiansen. Both wardrobe panels feature the original manufacturer's label stating "Made in Denmark." The two identical panels are fitted with eight wooden hanging pins and a large, solid wood coat hanger at the top. The rounded corners and flowing lines of this hanger create a beautiful contrast with the long, sleek panels. Four matching vintage teak clothes hangers are included with the set. The original matching full-length mirror is situated between the two wardrobe panels. At a height of 160 cm, it follows exactly the same vertical line as the panels. The narrow teak frame keeps the design understated and ensures that the three parts form a unified whole. A complete combination in this design and dimensions is rarely encountered. In our workshop, we have carefully cleaned and restored all the wooden parts. As a result, the teak has regained its warm color and natural grain. The set is in very neat vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with its age.
