A charming pair of fine art landscape prints presented in coordinating gilt-finish resin/composite frames. Each image has been finished with matte varnish and lightly hand-textured, giving the surfaces added depth and a subtle painterly quality while retaining the character of the original printed images.
The landscapes share a wonderfully muted, earthy palette of dusty lavender, ochre, brown and soft gray. One depicts a broad, sculptural tree overlooking an open landscape, while the companion piece captures a quiet hillside village and bell tower against distant mountains.
Measuring approximately 10” x 12” each, these smaller-scale works are particularly appealing displayed together, either stacked vertically or hung side by side. Their restrained colors, aged imagery and warm gold-toned frames lend themselves beautifully to a collected, traditional or European-inspired interior.
