Name: Dragon Pagoda Mocha Box
Size: 6"H x 8"W x 6"D
Dragon Pagoda is is created from inspiration of the Henry Francis du Pont museum, garden and library Winterthur.
The design inspiration is a from a small scale pattern consisting of a pagoda, koi and dragon in undyed blue cotton "resist" fabric. The textile was dyed from DuPont Company indigo in China in 1921. The pattern was block printed by means of wooden blocks which were carved in relief patterns and applied to the fabric by hand.
Our collection is in garden seats, candle sticks and decorative boxes. Available in dark emerald green, and mocha brown on cream/white crackled porcelain.
The scalloped decorative porcelain box is a added designer touch on the side table or in the bathroom to hold toiletries. Brass finial hardware.
Materials: porcelain, brass hardware
Shipping: ground shipping item
