A striking pair of vintage Thai temple rubbings featuring intricately rendered traditional figures in rich blue on naturally toned paper. Each composition displays finely detailed costume, headdress, and figural imagery characteristic of traditional Thai decorative arts.
The works are presented as a coordinated pair in blue mats and slender gilt bamboo-style frames, creating a particularly handsome combination of blue, warm gold, and aged parchment tones. Their elongated proportions and detailed imagery give the pair wonderful presence when displayed together, while each is substantial enough to hang independently.
