Measuring 80cm wide, 55cm high, and 21cm deep, this piece brings architectural presence and a century of history to contemporary interiors.

The deeply carved relief creates a dynamic play of light and shadow. The surface retains remarkable traces of its original mineral-based polychrome pigments — though faded and worn after a century, these remnants of color speak not to damage, but to a life lived. A patina that no new object can replicate.

This is a surviving fragment from a traditional timber-framed structure, architectural salvage reimagined as a sculptural wall piece. Ready to hang. Increasingly difficult to find in this size and condition.
