Cheval Turc, designed by Christiane Vauzelles, was introduced in 1969. The artist drew inspiration from Johann Elias Ridinger's "Horses of the Nations" depicting the beauty and grace of Turkish horses.
This scarf illustrates a distinguished turbaned man leading a horse in an elaborate harness. Detailed Ottoman inspired elements extending to the corners are embellished with ornate cartouches, sheathed swords, and colorful tassels.
The 65% cashmere 35% silk blend is a plush velvet like matte texture.
