In 1940, they partnered with Colonial Williamsburg and for over 50 years, they produced precise, historical, furniture reproductions, until 1990.
Made of mahogany, this gorgeous, copper-top, kettle stand glows of a warm, chestnut color, has a detailed, turned base, and sits a top of three splayed legs—the feet resemble horse hooves, adorned with horse-shoes! The cabriole legs and the copper top (impermeable to heat and water) , sets this piece apart from all others—so many small details—simply stunning! The Kittinger ID tag is still on the bottom of the piece, as well as the company’s stamp.
Can be used as a plant stand or an all occasion table—as the copper top is an attention-grabber. The shelf is 10” in diameter, and is lightweight. See less
