Absolutely Stunning Piece
Hand Blown Fine Art piece by David Gappos. This one has been signed by the artist and also has the vetro signature as well. This particular piece was created in 2012 which is depicted next to his signature.
I am not affiliated with the studio but have purchased this one of a kind piece and am reselling.
gappaglass David Gappa long wondered what a glass vessel might look like if nature itself had forged it.
In this striking work, a raw, crystalline base is created-slowly building over time through layers of chaotic energy and intense heat. From this uninhibited disorder rises a moment of breathtaking refinement: a perfectly detailed, luminous glass nautilus, its elegant spiral unfurling with organic precision. The sculpture captures the tension between primal creation and masterful artistry, where molten chaos gives birth to serene beauty.
Several of these signature pieces from David's "Krustallos series" are currently available in Vetro Glassblowing Studio and Gallery in Grapevine, Texas and sell from $1200-$3600.
