Add a striking pop of color and history to your home with this stunning cobalt blue Dugan glass wall pocket vase. Featuring a beautifully detailed, embossed textured design known to collectors as the "Woodpecker" pattern, this piece is a true early 20th-century treasure. Originally manufactured by the Dugan Glass Company (and later Diamond Glass) in the 1920s, these cone-shaped vases were designed as "auto vases" or "hearse vases". They were mounted inside early automobiles or funeral coaches to hold fresh flowers, acting as the original car air fresheners! Today, it makes an exquisite conversation piece. Use the built-in hanging hole on the back to mount it on any wall and display your favorite fresh buds, dried florals, or propagation cuttings.
