This high-quality cabinet comes from the Nic. Eckel furniture factory in Kaiserslautern, Germany, and showcases the elegant design language of German Art Nouveau. Characteristic features include the curved side panels, floral rosettes, fine milled lines, and the harmoniously proportioned architecture with an integrated mirror.

Material & Craftsmanship

Made of softwood with a high-quality walnut veneer. The warm color and vibrant grain give the piece a particularly refined appearance. The original brass fittings, floral rosettes, and finely carved vertical lines underscore the high level of craftsmanship.

An original mirror is located in the upper section, visually enhancing the piece while also providing a functional addition.

Function & Features

Despite its compact dimensions, the cabinet offers a surprising amount of storage space.

A lockable drawer is located in the upper section. Below are two lockable cabinet doors, behind which is a spacious storage compartment. Above, a generous shelf and the integrated mirror offer versatile uses – for example, as hallway furniture, a home bar, a sideboard, or a decorative standalone piece.

All locks are functional, and a matching key is included.

Condition

Very nice, well-maintained original condition with only minor signs of age-related wear. The veneer is in attractive condition. Mirror, locks, drawer, and doors function perfectly.
