The cabinet features a beautifully restrained modernist design with a warm wood case, three sliding doors, small brass pulls, tapered legs, and a stretcher base. Its taller-than-average proportions give the piece substantial storage while maintaining the clean, understated appearance associated with Baughman’s early work for Drexel.

The sliding-door configuration makes this an especially versatile cabinet, suitable for use as a dining room credenza, bar cabinet, media cabinet, or general storage piece. The simple façade allows the quality of the wood and proportions to remain the focus.

The credenza has been professionally refinished and presents beautifully. It remains a vintage piece and may retain very minor evidence of age or use, but overall the condition is excellent following restoration.
