The elaborate layered construction transforms a familiar garden wreath into a piece of sculptural wall art. Individual metal vessels project outward from the circular framework while delicate wire tendrils weave throughout, creating movement, texture and impressive dimensionality.

The original aged ivory/cream finish has developed extensive oxidation, rust and surface variation, giving the piece a beautifully timeworn garden patina. Rather than detracting from the design, the weathered finish complements its romantic cottage and European garden character.
