A striking vintage Space Age organizer made in West Germany, featuring a vivid glossy orange finish and an unusual sculptural tiered construction. The design combines a large divided circular base with two smaller elevated trays arranged around a central vertical stem topped with a spherical finial.
Its bold monochromatic color, rounded molded forms and playful geometric construction are characteristic of 1970s Space Age design. Both functional and highly decorative, the piece could be used as a desk organizer, vanity caddy, jewelry holder, catchall or simply displayed as a sculptural pop of color. A distinctive example of West German molded-plastic design from the era.
