restoration & rewiring notes
this pair has undergone complete, sympathetic mechanical and electrical restoration in our workshop. Both lamps have been rewired from the ground up using premium, period-correct twisted fabric-covered three-core flex and fitted with new brass b22 switched bayonet bulb holders. Fully pat tested, completely safe, and ready for immediate display.

condition
presented in exceptional antique condition. The majolica bodies are remarkably well-preserved with no chips, structural cracks, or restoration lines; the hand-painted glazes remain incredibly vibrant and crisp with only microscopic crazing consistent with true age. The heavy brass bases and collars retain a handsome, soft golden patina with very light, authentic oxidation in the crevasses.
