Miller (1912–2006). R.A. Miller lived his entire life in Rabbittown, Georgia. He began creating art in his late 60s when glaucoma forced him to retire from farming. Along the top edge, you can see his most iconic inspirational message: "Lord Love You". As an ordained minister, he used these words to spread spiritual encouragement through his art. The piece features his typical whimsical, prehistoric-looking animal figures and decorative border motifs. True to his style, the artwork is painted directly onto a repurposed piece of corrugated or flat roofing tin, featuring his distinct cursive marker signature at the bottom. R.A.
