c. Early 1900s; Independent Order of Odd Fellows - U.S.A.
Framed lodge banner with bold red and blue block lettering reading "WELCOME I.O.O.F." and central fraternal imagery. The design features the All-Seeing Eye above crossed axes, with the three interlocking links bearing the letters F, L, T-representing Friendship, Love, and Truth, the Odd Fellows' core values. Printed on cloth and later framed with a mottled red-and-blue wooden surround. It's strong graphic composition and symbolic iconography embody the ritual and community spirit of the Odd Fellows fraternal order, which flourished throughout America in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF), founded in Baltimore in 1819, became one of the largest fraternal organizations in the United States, blending mutual aid with elaborate ritual and symbolism.
