Measured 9 inches across the shoulder which is capped with wood that matches a fine wooden base! Burgandy makes fine accents as well along with splendid gold outlines and accents! This is textured on the foliage of each panel Lamp works perfectly with a double switch and the overall condition is EXCELLENT!
