Thirty-six round blue sapphires totaling approximately 2.00 carats form the richly colored centers. Forty round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.50 carats follow the raised, curling branches surrounding them. The stones are positioned at different heights, giving the earrings their dimensional botanical form.
The main earrings are signed “FH 585” for Frantz Hingelberg. The secure post-and-hinged-clip backs are crafted in 18K white gold, marked “750 BKJ,” and appear to be later replacements.
