Dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, it reflects the period's fascination with japonisme, combining elegant proportions with exceptional craftsmanship.

the oak carcass is faced throughout with beautifully figured bird's-eye (burr) maple and enriched with meticulously executed faux-bamboo rails, corner posts and pediment finials. The full-length mirrored door not only enhances its elegant appearance but also brings excellent light and a greater sense of space to a room. Inside are two adjustable shelves (supplied), an internal drawer and a generous locking base drawer, providing practical storage.

the original lock and key are present.
