A substantial nine-piece outdoor dining set from O.W. Lee's Monterra collection, the California maker's hand-forged wrought iron line. The 84" boat-shaped table pairs a multi-tone stone and porcelain tile top with a double-pedestal base, and comfortably seats eight. Frames are finished in Espresso; all eight chairs — two arm and six side — retain their full seat and back cushions in Sesame linen.
Monterra is O.W. Lee's most recognized casual dining program, built in the U.S. from solid wrought iron rather than tubular aluminum, and the weight of the pieces reflects it. This is a set that reads as architecture on a terrace rather than seasonal patio furniture.
Excellent vintage condition with light wear consistent with careful outdoor use. No rust, no cracked or missing tiles, frames solid and level. Cushions are clean and free of rips or staining. Original retail for the set was approximately $8,500.
