When … Read more What makes this table unique is its stunning two-tone contrast. The main tabletop is beautifully veneered with dark walnut. When the table is fully extended, the extension leaves appear, finished with a warm, deep mahogany veneer. The veneer shows no significant damage, and the construction is very solid. Both extension leaves feature the original inlaid copper "Ruscheweyh Tisch" maker's plaque on the top surface. This iconic logo, featuring a stylized ‘R’, guarantees the authenticity and early provenance of the piece. In its retracted state, the table measures 127 cm in length, extending to a maximum of 222 cm. The table has recently been sanded and treated with high-quality furniture oil. This perfectly brings out the beautiful, contrasting wood grain. This piece has an attribution mark,
