A striking and exceptionally well-preserved Arts & Crafts period majolica jardiniere and pedestal set, manufactured by the renowned Brush-McCoy Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. Introduced circa 1914 as part of their highly collectible "Green Onyx" line, this two-piece monumental set showcases a vibrant, high-gloss blended green and brown glaze designed to mimic the natural depth of semi-precious stone.
The urn-shaped planter and its matching columnar pedestal feature heavily embossed Neo-Classical details, including a repeating Greek Key geometric border, classical fluting, and relief-molded lion head masks holding rings on both pieces. Perfect for bringing historic architectural character and organic warmth to an entryway, sunroom, or classic parlor.
