CONDITION

This RH Cloud Modular Sectional is pre-owned and presents in beautiful refreshed condition.

Prior to listing, the sectional was completely disassembled to allow every component to be individually refreshed. The slipcovers were thoroughly cleaned, the signature feather-and-down cushions were carefully cleaned, refreshed, and fluffed to restore their natural loft, and the internal base components were meticulously cleaned and disinfected using an eco-friendly hypochlorous acid (HOCl) solution. Commonly used in healthcare and food-service settings, HOCl is a highly effective disinfectant that eliminates bacteria without leaving harsh chemical residues, making it safe for fabrics, finished surfaces, and everyday living environments.

The Perennials® Performance Textured Linen Weave upholstery is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with beautiful color, rich texture, and no notable condition concerns observed during inspection. The cushions retain outstanding loft, sink-in softness, and supportive comfort, and the sectional presents with a fresh, beautifully maintained appearance throughout.

As with any previously owned upholstered piece, minor signs of normal handling, placement, or transportation may be present upon close inspection.
