Crafted from solid bronze, the lamps feature a rich, deep patina; the metal's warm hues intertwine with diffuse verdigris-green oxidation, lending the surface a strong material character and an almost Brutalist feel. Their structural form recalls an inverted triangle or a stylized shield, supported by a solid central vertical element resting on a stepped rectangular base. The front is embellished with overlapping diagonal bands that meet at the center, creating an arrow or chevron motif that lends great three-dimensionality and dynamism to the piece's architectural composition. Designed to provide indirect lighting, these wall lamps conceal the light source behind their imposing metal shield, casting a beam of warm light upward and radially against the wall. The lighting effect not only enhances the overlapping geometries of the lamp itself, but also creates a magnificent, dramatic contrast between the cold texture of the oxidized metal and the softness of the halo of light, transforming these wall lamps into true luminous sculptures capable of furnishing and dominating the surrounding space on their own.
