Baumann office/administrative chair no. 21, marked under the seat.
An iconic model from the French manufacturer Baumann (Colombier-Fontaine, Doubs), specializing in Thonet-style bentwood furniture, produced from the early 20th century until the 1960s-70s.
Distinguished by its low backrest, the curve of which extends to the armrests, openworked by four spindles, with armrest supports forming a semicircle.
Round, solid beech wood seat, laminated and slightly curved.
Base with four straight/slightly arched legs, reinforced by a curved, arched stretcher.
