Teak dining chairs with a three-curved backrest and a padded seat upholstered in velvet. Set of 4. Scandinavian production, 1960s.
Set of four Scandinavian teak dining chairs, featuring a simple structure and a backrest composed of three slightly curved crosspieces, designed to naturally follow the line of the back. The balanced proportions and quality craftsmanship reflect the Nordic design language of the 1960s, founded on a quest for comfort, functionality, and formal purity. The solid teak enhances the natural grain of the wood and demonstrates meticulous craftsmanship. The seat upholstery has been replaced, preserving the original appearance, using a rust-colored velvet that recalls the tones and character of the period.
