Renowned for his bold use of colour and innovative geometric forms, he produced an extensive body of work spanning furniture, lighting, textiles, and interior design. Among his most iconic creations are the panton chair and cone chair, along with the panthella lamp, many of which remain in production today. Panton also designed striking, immersive interiors, bringing together furniture, lighting, and textiles into cohesive artistic spaces. Notable projects include the spiegel publishing house in hamburg, the visiona exhibitions in cologne, and the varna restaurant near aarhus.
