Charming set of three vintage framed color art reproductions featuring celebrated 19th-century French pastoral works by Jean-François Millet and Jules Breton.
The set includes:
* The Gleaners by Jean-François Millet, originally painted in 1857
* The Angelus by Jean-François Millet, originally painted 1857–1859
* The Song of the Lark by Jules Breton, originally painted in 1884
Each reproduction is presented under glass in a coordinating antiqued gold-tone frame with an olive green surround and gold inner trim. Original identification labels remain on the backs, including labels identifying The Gleaners and The Angelus and their artist, Jean-François Millet.
The muted colors, pastoral subject matter and aged frames give the grouping a wonderful Old World character. An appealing ready-made gallery wall grouping for a traditional, French country, cottage, farmhouse or collected interior.
Dimensions: Approximately 12” W x 10” H for the horizontal pieces; vertical piece approximately 10” W x 12” H. Please refer to photos for measurements.
