Made in Staffordshire England c. 1929-1942

Beautiful antique Blue Willow ceramic large capacity teapot with its matching lid, produced by Allertons Ltd. in Longton, Staffordshire, England.
Based on the specific circular wreath back stamp ("EST 1831 Allertons Ltd. England"), this piece dates precisely between 1929 and 1942.
The teapot features a rich, bold cobalt blue transferware pattern showcasing the classic Willow design.
It includes an integrated ceramic strainer behind the spout entry.
Excellent vintage display condition. Lid has small interior edge chip. There are no other chips, cracks, structural repairs, or exterior stains. The exterior glaze has some light crazing, and remains very glossy. The interior floor exhibits clean, faint spiderweb glaze crazing consistent with its 90+ year age, but has no tea stains or discoloration. Normal wear from use and age.
