Carved from a dramatic slab of green Cipollino Ondulato marble, this oval coffee table is defined by sweeping bands of emerald, blush, and ivory that ripple across the full length of the top. The oval pedestal base continues the effect below, built from individually cut vertical panels that reveal a different expression of the stone's veining from every angle. Quarried in the Apuan Alps of Tuscany, Cipollino takes its name from the Italian word for "little onion," a nod to the layered bands folded into the stone over millions of years of geological movement — no two slabs come out quite the same.
