Add classic vintage charm to a nightstand, vanity, or powder room with this mid-century porcelain mini hurricane accent lamp, imported from Japan by I.W. Rice & Co. (Irice).
Crafted from translucent milk-white porcelain, this two-piece silhouette features hand-applied floral decals of vibrant pink cabbage roses and magenta blossoms. The scalloped shade and base are trimmed with delicate gold gilding, and the lower shade hem features a subtle embossed basketweave/scalloped border.
In addition to providing a warm, ambient glow, the top open rim functions as a traditional fragrance or perfume warmer—placing a drop of scent inside the top chimney allows the gentle heat of the light bulb to subtly diffuse scent throughout the room.
