Carved Oak Jam Cupboard – 19th Century
Charming solid oak jam cupboard opening with a drawer in the frieze and a molded door
revealing an interior fitted with two shelves, offering three storage spaces.
This richly carved piece is typical of the Normandy region.
This piece is distinguished by its elegant carved decoration of vegetal garlands, its shaped crossbar adorned with a rosette, and its cabriole legs. The front has a beautiful blond patina highlighting the oak grain.
The interiors are meticulously finished and glazed.
Its impressive height is unusual.
